STATOM Group invests over £1M in 35 new Wacker Neuson dumpers!
Statom Group has expanded its plant fleet with the addition of 35 new dumpers, an investment of more than £1 million that reinforces their commitment to growth and operational excellence.
A standout element of this investment is the addition of Wacker Neuson DW60-3 Swivel Tip Cabbed Dumpers and DW90-3 Straight Tip Cabbed Dumpers. While most dumpers are traditionally open-cab, Statom Group has chosen to invest in cabbed models to give our operators a much higher level of protection. The fully enclosed, glazed cabs provide a controlled environment that reduces exposure to dust, noise, weather and site hazards, while minimising the risks associated with open-cab working. With heaters, full mirror packs and ergonomic controls as standard, these machines also improve operator comfort, allowing our teams to work more safely, confidently and effectively.
”As Plant Director, I’m proud to lead my first major investment since joining Statom Group in January 2025. These high-quality additions mark the beginning of a wider fleet renewal strategy, enhancing our capability and reinforcing our commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. Partnering with GEM Plant gives us confidence in meeting project demands and delivering long-term value.”
– Mark Albon, Group Plant Director

“We would like to extend our thanks to GEM Plant for their support in supplying the new dumpers. Their reliability and service continue to complement Statom Group’s approach, and this fleet expansion forms part of our wider strategy of continuous improvement and reinvestment. By future-proofing our operations and equipping our teams with the best tools for the job, we remain focused on delivering value for our clients while maintaining a forward-thinking approach to construction and infrastructure delivery.”
